# Agentic PM

> A local-first desktop app for product managers. A staff of agents clears the

Agentic PM is built by Brian Arfi, a product director with two decades of
experience. It is the product manager's app built on top of an agent harness
that has shipped 45 releases and carries 23 commands.

## What makes it different

- **Local-first.** Recordings, transcripts, the commitment ledger and the
  context file all stay on the user's device. Nothing is uploaded to our
  servers, because we do not run servers that hold customer data. Only the
  text of a commitment is sent to a model, never a full transcript.
- **Bring your own AI subscription.** No second model bill. Works with Claude
  Pro or Max, GLM Coding Plan, Kimi, or any Anthropic-compatible endpoint.
  A free built-in option needs no card and no API key.
- **Follow-through, not documents.** Other tools write the PRD. This one
  notices that a date agreed three weeks ago has moved twice since, that a
  commitment changed owner with no handover, or that one quietly disappeared.

## The five things it watches for

1. `silent-slip`: open in one meeting, due date passed, unmentioned in the next.
2. `owner-changed`: same commitment, different owner, no explicit handover.
3. `silent-drop`: present, then absent for two meetings, never marked done.
4. `undecided-change`: a date, scope or estimate moved with no decision beside it.
5. `load-risk`: too much open work on one owner, or a keystone item with no backup.

Every commitment is also tagged by what it touches: scope, date, dependency, or
money. Anything touching none of those ranks last.

## Evidence

Run against fifteen real recorded meetings, the commitment ledger extracted 111
commitments and found four failures that a commercial note taker had marked
"Pending" and moved past, including nine commitments that had never been
assigned an owner at all.

No time-saving figure is claimed anywhere on this site, because none has been
measured under a method that could be published. Coverage claims only.
