For PMs in fintech, health and the EU

Your security review said no to meeting bots. This one never joins the call.

Agentic PM records on your computer, keeps notes and minutes as plain files in a folder you own, and sends what the AI reads to the AI provider you picked.

Free to join, one email field. The list gets the founding price first: $9 a month, locked for life, first 100 people. Ready today? The trial is 14 days, $0 today.

What leaves your computerThe short version

Stays on your computer

  • Recordings and notes, as files in a folder you own
  • Your Google sign-in, in the system's secure credential storage

Goes to the provider you picked

  • What the AI reads, for example to Anthropic if you use Claude
  • Your API key, only to the provider it belongs to

Held back by design

  • No bot joins your calls
  • Gmail saves drafts and never sends
  • Calendar and Drive are read-only
  • Messages to other people wait for your yes
The whole privacy model on one card. The full list, including the optional parts that also send data, is under Proof.
The problem

A blocked tool does not remove the admin.

A bot in the call needs a sign-off we will not give.

Security review does not allow a third party to join meetings and listen to everything said.

The cloud note taker is one more vendor.

Recordings and transcripts on someone else's servers mean another data processor for you to assess.

So the follow-up is back on me.

With no recording and no tracker, you are back to typing notes and chasing action items by hand.

How it works

Record locally, choose your provider, approve what goes out.

  1. Record on your computer

The app records the meeting on your computer. No bot joins the call. The recording and the transcript are files in your workspace folder.

  2. Pick your AI provider on purpose

Choose the provider your review already approved, for example Claude. What the AI reads goes to that provider. API keys stay on your computer, shown masked, and go only to their own provider.

  3. Approve anything that goes out

Gmail saves drafts and never sends. Calendar and Drive are read-only. WhatsApp drafts wait in the app, and a message from a voice job always stops for your yes.

What it does for you

Seven choices a reviewer can check.

Meetings tab

No bot in the call

Capture a meeting on your computer. No bot joins, so there is no third party in the call to approve or block.

Markdown files

Files you own

Notes, SOPs and meeting outcomes are plain markdown files in a folder on your computer. Back them up, search them or delete them like any other file.

API keys

Keys stay on your machine

API keys are stored on this computer, shown masked, and sent only to their own provider.

Google

Read and draft, nothing more

Your Google sign-in is kept in the computer's secure credential storage. Gmail reads mail and saves drafts, and it never sends. Calendar and Drive are read-only. Several Google accounts can be connected, and each row names its account.

Approvals

Other people hear from you only after your yes

A message to another person from a voice job always stops for your yes, even when a Claude allow rule covers it. Every permission request says in one line what it does: Reads, Changes files, Network, Deletes or Runs a program.

Phone

A phone that cannot see your secrets

The phone can open only workspace files, and never .env, token.json, .pem, .jks, .ssh or .git. Phone access is optional.

Settings

Usage counts you can switch off

The app sends anonymous usage counts and error reports, never what you write. You can switch them off in Settings.

Proof

Everything that leaves your computer, listed.

ItemWhere it livesDoes it leave your computer?
Meeting recordings made on the desktopA file in your workspace folderNo.
Notes, minutes and other markdown filesA folder you ownNo. The text the AI reads is the exception, next row.
Text the AI reads, for example a transcript when it writes minutesRead by the AI provider you pickedYes, to that provider. For Claude, that is Anthropic.
API keysStored on your computer, shown maskedSent only to the provider each key belongs to.
Google sign-inThe computer's secure credential storageUsed to call Google's regular APIs. Gmail reads and saves drafts. Calendar and Drive are read-only.
Phone recordings (optional)The phone first, then your computerThey travel from the phone to your computer through the relay that carries phone traffic. The phone keeps its copy until the computer confirms receipt. The relay only forwards messages that are encrypted end to end between your phone and your computer, so it cannot read them, and it writes none of them to disk and drops any that arrive while the other end is offline.
Talk's natural voice (optional)Microsoft's Edge read-aloud voicesCheck that against your policy, or leave Talk off.
Anonymous usage counts and error reportsSent by the app, never what you writeYes, unless you switch them off in Settings.
Requests to Muse Spark contributor models (optional)MetaYes. The app's documentation says Meta may train on those requests. Pick another model if that is not acceptable.

No certification claim

Agentic PM does not make you compliant with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 or anything else. It gives your reviewer a specific list to assess, above. What the AI reads goes to the AI provider you picked, for example Anthropic if you use Claude. Recordings and notes are files on your computer. No bot joins your calls. Gmail saves drafts and never sends. Calendar and Drive are read-only. Messages to other people wait for your yes.

Questions

The questions a reviewer asks.

Is my data uploaded?

Some of it, and the table above lists exactly which. What the AI reads goes to the AI provider you picked, for example Anthropic if you use Claude. Recordings and notes are files on your computer. No bot joins your calls. Gmail saves drafts and never sends. Calendar and Drive are read-only. Messages to other people wait for your yes.

I already pay for Claude or ChatGPT. Is this another AI vendor to approve?

Your review covers two things: the AI provider you pick, and this app. With Claude Pro or Max you sign in the official way, with no API key and no second model bill. Agentic PM is its own subscription: $9 a month for founding members, $19 list, after the 14-day trial. If you use the built-in free route, check what it connects to before you put work content through it.

Does it work without the computer on?

No. The app does its work from your computer. Routines run only while the app is open, and the phone needs the computer to be on and awake. The app keeps the computer awake while work runs or phone access is on, and the screen can still turn off.

Can it act without asking me?

That depends on the mode you choose. There are four permission modes: Manual, Accept edits, Plan and Full auto. New chats start in Full auto, and you can change that in Settings under Models, New chats. Even then, a message to another person from a voice job always stops for your yes, and Gmail cannot send at all. Routines have a limit you set: read only, draft only or may send.

Does it make us compliant?

No. It makes no compliance claim and holds no certification. It is a desktop app, in beta, that keeps files on your computer and lists what leaves. Send your reviewer's questions to hello@agentic-pm.ai.
