Who actually charges my card?

Creem, our merchant of record. They are the seller of record, they handle tax and VAT wherever you are, and your card details never touch our servers. Your receipt and your cancel link both come from them.

Does it replace my note taker?

No, and it never will. It reads what Fathom, Granola, Otter, Fireflies or a plain markdown transcript already produce. If you do not record your meetings anywhere, there is nothing for it to read.

Where does my meeting data live?

The ledger sits on your device. Transcripts are never uploaded. Matching a commitment across meetings does send the commitment text to a model, because the wording changes every week, but never the full transcript. This is written the same way in the docs, not hidden in a policy.

Why is there no time-saving number anywhere on this site?

Because none has been measured yet. When there is a real measurement, taken on real work, with a method you can read, it goes up. Until then a number would just be marketing.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Nothing. The ledger is already on your machine and exports to plain markdown and JSON at any time, including on the free tier. There is no hostage-taking here.
