Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Plain-language first, binding terms below. If you want the short version: don't abuse the AI features, review what they write before you send it, and you can cancel any time.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Agentic PM (the "Service"), a desktop application and related services operated by Brian Arfi Faridhi, trading as Brobri, based in Indonesia ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Agentic PM is a desktop app for product managers. It reads meeting notes you already have (or records on your computer, where that feature is enabled), shows the commitments you owe and are waiting on in a Work view, and, when you run /follow-ups, lists the open loops and promises it finds. It also includes AI writing features: a meeting brief, a recap and stakeholder update writer, and a follow-up chaser that drafts and never sends.
The Service runs on an AI subscription or endpoint you provide or choose (for example Claude Pro or Max, GLM, Kimi, any Anthropic-compatible endpoint, or the built-in free option). We do not operate the underlying model; our software decides what to send it and when.
2. Accounts, trial, and billing
- Free trial. New subscriptions start with a fourteen-day free trial. A payment card is required at checkout, but nothing is charged on day one.
- First charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged on day fifteen, and then on each renewal date for as long as the subscription stays active.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in the app. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. Cancelling after a charge stops future renewals; it does not refund the period already paid for, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
- Price changes. Founding pricing is locked for the life of the subscription for the first 100 customers who sign up at that tier. We will not raise the price on an existing Founding subscription. Other tiers may change price with notice before your next renewal.
- Payment processor. Payments are handled by Creem, acting as merchant of record. Creem collects your card details, processes the charge, and handles applicable sales tax and VAT. We never see or store your full card number.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or violate a contract or duty you owe to a third party (for example, your employer's confidentiality policy).
- Upload, record, or process meeting content you do not have the right or consent to process, including recording participants without the disclosure your jurisdiction requires.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or the systems it depends on.
- Resell or provide the Service to a third party as your own product without our written permission.
4. Acceptable use of the AI writing features
This section covers the meeting brief, recap and stakeholder update writer, and follow-up chaser specifically, because they draft text that can be sent to other people.
- You review before you send. Every AI-drafted message, recap, or follow-up is a draft. You are responsible for reading it and approving it before it goes to a real person. The Service is built around an approval gate for exactly this reason; do not build automation that bypasses it to send AI output unreviewed.
- Don't use it to impersonate or mislead. Do not use the writing features to generate content that impersonates a real person without their knowledge, or that misrepresents who or what produced it in a way intended to deceive the recipient.
- Don't feed it content you don't have rights to. The same consent requirement in Section 3 applies to anything you ask the AI features to summarize, draft from, or act on.
- Don't use it to generate prohibited content. No harassment, hate speech, defamation, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, even if the underlying model would comply with the prompt.
- Model behavior is not guaranteed. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or oddly phrased. We do not warrant that generated text is accurate, and you should not treat it as fact-checked.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of your meeting content, commitment ledger, and context file. See Privacy and data for what stays on your device and what is sent to a model. We do not use your content to train any model.
6. Our intellectual property
The Agentic PM application, its design, and its underlying software are owned by us and licensed to you for use under these Terms, not sold. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application outside of normal use of the Service.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, including the acceptable use sections above, with notice where practical.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be announced in the changelog.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
