For product managers

Notes tell you what was said. This tells you what was dropped.

Agentic PM is a desktop app that records your meetings with no bot, writes minutes where every action item has an owner, and drafts the chase for whatever is still open, for you to approve.

Free to join, one email field. The list gets the founding price first: $9 a month, locked for life, first 100 people. Ready today? The trial is 14 days, $0 today.

Made-up items to show the shape. The real Work view is built from your own meetings and notes.
The problem

The follow-through is the part that slips.

Who was supposed to send that?

The action item got written down. No name went next to it, so everyone assumed someone else had it.

The date moved twice and nobody said so.

Each meeting's notes look fine on their own. The slip only shows when you line this Tuesday up against last Tuesday.

Action items die in the notes doc.

The list is written once. Then the next meeting starts, and the old list is a page nobody opens.

How it works

Before the call, during it, after it.

  1. Walk in with a brief

Type /meeting-prep and the app gathers your notes and open items into a one-page brief for that meeting.

  2. Capture it, no bot

Capture the meeting in the Meetings tab, on your computer or on the paired phone. No bot joins the call. A phone recording lands in the same place, marked “from your phone”.

  3. Get minutes and a list

/meeting-notes turns the transcript into minutes with owned action items. The Work view then shows what you owe, what you wait on, and what still needs a decision.

What it does for you

Seven jobs, each one a command or a view.

/meeting-prep

A one-page brief before the call

Gathers the notes and open items for that meeting into one page, so you do not rebuild the context by hand.

Meetings tab

Recording with no bot

Capture a meeting on your computer, or on your phone. A transcript and a draft of the minutes follow, matched to the calendar event when a calendar is connected. No bot joins the call.

/meeting-notes

Minutes with owners

Turns a transcript or rough notes into clean minutes where each action item has an owner.

Work view

What you owe, and what you wait on

Three lists: You owe, Waiting on others, Decisions to make. Each item has buttons: Draft a chase, Close, Mark done, Snooze 3 days, Decide. A button opens a chat that makes the change. The app itself only reads the record, it never writes it.

/follow-ups

Chases written for you

Finds open loops and promises in your notes and drafts the messages for your approval. Gmail saves them as drafts and never sends.

/inbox-sweep

A short list, with reasons

Sweeps the tools you have connected for what is waiting on you. At most seven items go on top, and every item it drops shows why.

/weekly-reflect
/ticket
/user-story

Friday's update, and the tickets

When Friday goes to writing the update, /weekly-reflect starts from the week's wins, open loops and themes. /ticket drafts an issue from a spec, decision or meeting and files it only on your approval. /user-story writes stories with acceptance criteria.

Privacy, in one paragraph

What the AI reads goes to the AI provider you picked, for example Anthropic if you use Claude. Recordings and notes are files on your computer. No bot joins your calls. Gmail saves drafts and never sends. Calendar and Drive are read-only. Messages to other people wait for your yes.

Proof

What a ledger of commitments found in 15 real meetings.

15real meetings
111commitments surfaced
9never assigned an owner

Measured on one operator's own 15 meetings. Each commitment was kept as a history across meetings instead of a status. That surfaced 111 commitments, and nine of them had never been assigned an owner at all.

It is one team at one company. It shows the problem is real, not how often it happens to you. We publish no time-saving number, because none has been measured.

Questions

The awkward ones first.

I already pay for Claude or ChatGPT. What does this add to my bill?

Agentic PM is its own subscription on top of whatever you pay for AI today: $9 a month for founding members, $19 list, after the 14-day trial. It adds no second model bill. Sign in with Claude Pro or Max and the work runs on that plan, or use the built-in free route. GLM, Kimi and a Codex agent also work. So your total is what you already pay for AI, plus $9 a month while the founding price lasts.

Is my data uploaded?

Some of it, and here is exactly which. What the AI reads goes to the AI provider you picked, for example Anthropic if you use Claude. Recordings and notes are files on your computer. No bot joins your calls. Gmail saves drafts and never sends. Calendar and Drive are read-only. Messages to other people wait for your yes.

Does it work without the computer on?

No. The app does its work from your computer. Routines run only while the app is open, and the phone needs the computer to be on and awake. The app keeps the computer awake while work runs or phone access is on, and the screen can still turn off.

Do I have to drop my note taker?

No. Record in the app, or use /sync-meetings to pull recent meetings from a note taker you have connected and file them as notes.

Is it finished software?

The desktop app is in beta. New versions ship often, and every one is listed in the changelog.
