Agentic PM is a desktop app and a website, run by Brian Arfi. This page says what we collect, what we never see, and what happens when you connect a Google account. The short version: your meetings and your Google data are processed on your machine, not on our servers.
In one paragraph. The ledger lives on your device. Transcripts are never uploaded. Google data you connect is read on your machine with your own Google credentials, and we never receive it. This website collects a waitlist email and basic, cookie-free usage events. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising on your content.
Who we are
Agentic PM, operated by Brian Arfi, agentic-pm.ai. For anything in this policy, write to hello@agentic-pm.ai.
The app: what stays on your machine
- The ledger is local. It lives on your device, not on a server.
- Transcripts are never uploaded. Not for indexing, not for training, not for support.
- Commitment text is sent to an AI model. Matching the same promise across meetings needs language understanding. What is sent is the commitment line, not the meeting. The model is the AI plan you chose (for example a Claude plan) or the built-in option, and that provider handles the text under its own terms.
- Nothing trains anything. We do not use your content to improve any model.
- Team plans share context, not transcripts. The shared layer is the context file and the commitment ledger, both of which you can read and edit.
Google account data
If you connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs or Google Sheets, the connection uses your own Google Cloud OAuth client and your own sign-in. The sign-in token is saved in a file inside your own workspace folder on your computer. It is not sent to us.
Depending on what you allow on the consent screen, the connector can ask for these permissions: read mail, save drafts and send mail (Gmail), view and manage calendar events (Calendar), view and manage files (Drive), and create and edit Docs and Sheets. Each one is used only to do what you ask the assistant to do, such as searching a thread, creating an event or writing a document.
- We do not receive your Google data. It is read on your machine. It does not pass through our servers and we cannot see it.
- Content you ask the assistant to work on goes to your AI model. If you ask it to summarise an email, that email text is processed by the AI provider you use, under that provider's terms.
- Nothing is sent without you. Emails and calendar invitations go out only after you approve them.
- No selling, no ads, no training. Google data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train any model. We do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the feature you asked for, to follow the law, or with your consent.
- No humans read it. We do not read your Google data. A person only sees it if you choose to share it with us, for example in a support message.
The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
To stop access: delete the token file in your workspace, and remove the app from your Google Account permissions.
This website: what we collect
- Waitlist and account email. If you join the waitlist or start a trial, we keep the email you give us and the plan you picked, to run the product and contact you about it.
- Basic usage events. A first-party counter records page views, button clicks and how far you scroll. It sets no cookies and shares nothing with third-party trackers.
- Aggregate traffic stats. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free.
- Payments. Checkout is handled by our merchant of record, Creem. We receive order details such as your email and plan. We never see your card number.
Advertising pixels
This marketing website can load the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool from Meta, so we can tell whether our ads bring people here and show a reminder ad to people who visited. It loads only on this website, never in the app, and only after you press Accept on the banner. Until you do, nothing from Meta loads. A browser signal such as Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps it off and hides the banner.
After you accept, Meta may set cookies and receive the pages you view here, and whether you joined the waitlist or opened checkout. It never sees your meetings, your workspace or anything inside the app. To withdraw, clear this site's data in your browser, or write to hello@agentic-pm.ai.
How long we keep things, and your rights
We keep your email while you are on the waitlist or have an account. Ask us to delete it and we will, usually within 30 days. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you. Your ledger and your Google token are on your device, so you control those directly.
Children
Agentic PM is built for working professionals and is not directed at children under 16.
